BYD announced the opening of its first showroom in Tokyo, the BYD Auto Ikebukuro that is set to open on August 26, 2023.
Located in the Toshima Ward, the showroom is a convenient 2 km distance from Ikebukuro Station and a brief 5-minute stroll from Senkawa Station, served by the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin and Yurakucho Lines.
To celebrate the opening, an inaugural fair will be held from August 26 to September 10, 2023.
BYD Auto Japan has set a goal to have over 100 showrooms across the nation by the end of 2025. Since the opening of BYD Auto Tomei Yokohama in February 2023, ten showrooms have been established.
