Speed Records include every kind of alternative energy powered vehicles and in fact there are a lot of electric cars, electric motorcycles and electric bikes that signed important records. The most important wrote the history of the world cars records, when the electric car named Jamais Contente driven by Camille Jenatzy for the first time passed over the 100 km/h barrier. It happened on 29th April 1899 in Achères: Camille Jenatzy reached the top speed of 105.88 km/h (65.79 mph).
