VinFast has officially launched its electric motorcycle ecosystem in the Philippines, opening 21 showrooms and introducing three battery-swapping electric motorcycle models: theEvo, Feliz II,andViper.
The Vietnamese electric vehicle makersaid the initial dealership networkwill begin operations in major citiesand provide sales, service, test rides, and battery-swapping support.VinFast added that it plans to expand the network further in the coming months.
The launch follows an early booking campaign that, according to the company, drew thousands of customers nationwide, signalingstrong initial interest in its electric motorcycle lineup and battery-swapping system.
VinFast dealerships are designed as integratedmobility centerswhere customers can view products, test ride motorcycles, learn about charging options, and experience battery swapping, which the company demonstrated can be completed in about one minute.
During the launch event, VinFast also announced local pricing, battery options, and infrastructure plans, including a target deployment of 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets across the Philippines in partnership with infrastructure providers.Public test-ride activities are scheduled at participating dealerships throughout August.
The Evois positioned as anurban commuter model, with a claimed top speed of 80 km/h and a range of up to 150 km using two fully charged batteries.The FelizII focuses on practicality and everyday use, with atop speed of 90 km/h.The Viperfeatures a sportier design, a maximum power output of 5,200W, and a top speed of 90 km/h.
All three models use two under-seat batteries and support VinFast’s battery-swapping system.Customers may purchase the motorcycles with batteries included or choose a battery subscription plan.Subscribers who enroll on or before Sept. 30, 2026 will receive up to one year of free battery swaps, subject to monthly limits. VinFast said the motorcycles are covered by a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 km, whichever comes first.
