Tenways presents the Ago X Special Edition, the urban all-rounder ebike, suitable for commuting, trekking, and carrying cargo and children.
The Ago X Special Edition is an update to the Ago X Classic, maintaining the versatility cyclists have come to appreciate, now redesigned with a completely new frame design and a more assertive and functional style.
At its core is a high-capacity 560 Wh battery paired with an efficient mid-drive motor.
The battery offers up to 100 km of assisted riding. Designed for both daily errands and weekend explorations, it is subtly integrated into the frame for easy removal and recharge.
The motor generates 250 W and 80 Nm of torque, well suited for steep inclines and heavier loads. Equipped with a high-precision torque sensor, power delivery feels smooth and controlled, supporting a natural pedalling experience for daily commutes, heavier loads or longer journeys.
The system is supported by a Shimano CUES 10-speed drivetrain, 100 mm front suspension, and hydraulic disc brakes, ensuring comfort, stability, and confidence across varied conditions.
Much more than just a City E-Bike
Key upgrades and features include an all-new one-piece frame with extremely clean design, adjustable Stem, integrated lights.
The neat, semi-integrated MIK HD rear carrier supports up to 27 kg, allowing effortless mounting of everyday essentials, including child seats. Additional built-in mounting points have been integrated on the head tube for the Ago X front carrier.
Thanks to this set of features, the new Ago X is much more than just a city e-bike: this travel companion is ready to take its owners anywhere, from the office to the shops, on day trips beyond the town and on real excursions, even on rough or sloping roads.
Refined Tenways Aesthetics – and safety
The Ago X Special Edition introduces a refined contemporary design language. Concealed cabling, and seamlessly integrated components create a clean, modern silhouette. The lighting system features StVZO-compliant integrated front and rear lights, complemented by a distinctive “X” signature breathing light under the saddle.
The aesthetic research is not only focused on appearance: stem-mounted front light and carrier-built-in rear light provide enhanced functional visibility and safety.
Beyond design and performance, the Ago X Special Edition is defined by how convenient and reassuring it feels to ride, day after day.
An adjustable stem supports a balanced riding posture, while the TFT LCD colour display with Tenways app connectivity presents essential ride information clearly at a glance.
The bicycle already comes with a large number of accessories: in addition to the rear rack, front and rear lights, and monitor, the Ago X Special Editions also feature fenders, a kickstand, and a partial belt guard that protects clothing from dirt and accidental contact.
Pricing and Availability
The Tenways Ago X Special Edition is immediately available in two finishes (Olive Moss and Starlight Silver) with a suggested retail price of €2,199 Standard European Price, 29,400 SKK, 18,499 DKK and €2,499 for Finland.
A discount campaign for early buyers expiring on March 16 allows to get the bike with 200€ discount.
