Tacita announced the production of a street legal version of the Tacita T-Race Rally that will be presented in Saudi Arabia during the 2020 Dakar Rally.
The new Tacita 2020 T-Race Rally is a completely new motorcycle, that resumes the best of the prior version combined with the improvements done by the Tacita technicians at the R&D labs in Turin, Italy during the last two years.
Today we are announcing a big milestone for the Rally and Motorcycle fans. We will be producing the street legal version: of the the same T-Race Rally that we are presenting during the 2020 Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia on January.
This street legal version is specially created to increase the pleasure of riding during the everyday commuting and for the weekend freedom – states Pierpaolo Rigo, Tacita Co-Founder.
The 2020 Tacita T-Race Rally has a new lighter and correctly flexible chassis. It is equipped with a completely new engine, that houses the new T44 electric motor, that has helped to reduce the engine weight by 14 kilograms.
This electric motor provides a power from 11, 27 and 34 kW, till to 44 kW.
A new slipper clutch, made by the Tacita R&D, will support our customers to ride with the maximum safety in the extreme and challenging conditions.
The rear battery boxes position has been moved to displace the gravity center of 12 centimeters to the middle of the motorcycle in order to make the T-Race Rally SL even easier to ride.
The Tacita R-Race Rally 2020 will come with an integrated 3.5 or 7.0 kW charger with Type 2 socket to give the freedom to recharge on a 10, 16 or 32 A.
The T-Race Rally SL will come up to 18 kWh battery pack, that will enable to ride up to 220 km*.

The Tacita T-Race Rally with the T44 electric motor will be priced from € 19.098 for the European market and the USA MRSP will be US$ 21.832 ***
