More than250 authorized dealersglobally offering theLiveWire motorcycle, including150 in the United States.As its portfolio of electrictwo-wheelers grows,Harley-Davidson expects to gradually expand the number of global Harley-Davidson dealersoffering electric two-wheelers with the goal of placing them inall interested dealerships by 2022.

Dealership support aligns with the company’s commitmentto build the next generation of Harley-Davidson riders, in part by leading the electrification of the motorcycle market. Electric two-wheelers represent anexciting new opportunity for Harley-Davidsonand its dealers, andthose dealers participating in electrification are ready to capture the passion of innovation and technology and incorporate it into an excellent purchase and service experience.

LiveWire Motorcycle Service Support

Authorized Harley-Davidson dealerspreparing to offer the LiveWire motorcycle are required to have aspecially trained Harley-Davidson Master Motorcycle Technician on staffto provide exemplary service. Dealer technicians become familiar with the technology, safety and service specific to the LiveWire through a series of Harley-Davidson University digital training sessions, followed by a two-day hands-on LiveWire seminar through Harley-Davidson University.At least one sales associate from each dealershipoffering the LiveWire model will alsoattend special training courses through Harley-Davidson University.

Charging Infrastructure

Each authorized Harley-Davidson dealership offering the LiveWire model has installed at least one 24kW DC Fast Charge (DCFC) chargingstation at their facility.The LiveWire motorcycle may be charged through aSAE J1772 connector (or CCS2 – IEC type 2 charging connector in European and some other international markets)at any compatibleDC fast charging station. DC Fast Charge technology provides a0-80 percent of battery charge in 40 minutesor0-100 percent charge in 60 minutes. The LiveWire motorcycle is equipped with anon-board Level 1 charger that plugs into a standard household outlet using a special power cord designed to fit under the seat.
