BYD Atto 3 was launched in Nepal, introducing the highly anticipated new energy vehicle to the local market with the local partner Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd.
At the brand conference, both companies shared their prospects of strategic cooperation that would expand the new energy passenger vehicles market and accelerate transport electrification in Nepal.

With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative, and in-depth cooperation between China and Nepal in hydropower development, the power supply is more reliable and stable in Nepal, creating a tremendous market for the new energy industry. To further promote electric vehicles and reduce air pollution,
Nepal Electricity Authority(NEA) constantly invests in the construction of charging stations for electric vehicles. In addition, the import tax for NEVs in Nepal is lower than that for fuel vehicles, which boosts the affordability of electric vehicles for local people.
BYD Atto 3 will prove to be an ideal match with local consumers.
