Francoforte, Germania. Ottobre 2012. Al Salone “eCarTec 2012”, il Gruppo Eltek con sede in Norvegia presenta la seconda generazione della serie PowerCharger per applicazioni nel settore della mobilità. Questo significa che i caricatori sono disponibili per il funzionamento della rete di alimentazione monofase con potenza  da 3500 Watt ed efficienza di oltre il 96%.

Eltek produce questa serie di prodotti anche sulla base della ben nota e collaudata tecnologia HE (alta tecnologia ed efficienza) e, come tale, garantisce un basso consumo energetico accoppiato con brevi tempi di ricarica, requisiti di raffreddamento ridotti e maggiore affidabilità.

Le connessioni di ingresso e di uscita sono posizionate sulla parte frontale della custodia in alluminio pressofuso con grado di protezione secondo IP6K9K, insieme in grado di controllare l’interfaccia e le connessioni di raffreddamento.

L’interfaccia di controllo CAN è disponibile come caratteristica standard e, per mezzo di una opzione, i caricatori possono essere dotati di un’interfaccia compatibile AUTOSAR, che può essere programmata secondo le specifiche del cliente nell’ambito dell’industrializzazione.

I Caricabatterie della serie Eltek GEN2 costituiti esclusivamente da singoli componenti autorizzati per applicazioni automotive e il dispositivo completo vengono validate secondo gli standard automotive.

Eltek è impeganta allo sviluppo dinamico dei progetti di e-mobilità con l’uso della tecnologia GEN2 come piattaforma. Ciò significa che sarà possibile nel breve spazio di pochi mesi necessary per industrializzare i sistemi di ricarica specifici del progetto o spazio di installazione.

Caricatore da 3kW di alimentazione a bordo da Eltek Deutschland GmbH

Al “eCarTec 2012”, Eltek Deutschland GmbH presenta i suoi nuovi “PowerCharger” series.Devices prodotti della famiglia PowerCharger che sono stati sviluppati come caricabatterie di bordo per veicoli elettrici al fine di garantire elevate autonomie con tempi di ricarica minimi e bassi costi energetici. Con un 96% più di efficienza, questi caricatori sono unici e ancora presentano isolamento galvanico tra ingresso e uscita per la protezione ottimale della batteria.

I caricabatterie sono disponibili con diverse tensioni di uscita 90/200 / 360Vdc, per cui un ulteriore campo di tensione di uscita può sempre essere impostato tramite bus. Devices CAN della serie PowerCharger consegna 3000 Watt in uscita e possono essere collegati in casa in una presa standard da 230V. Per uscite più elevate, i dispositivi possono essere collegati in parallelo e, ad esempio, essere utilizzati anche sui caricabatterie trifasi. Quelli sono disponibili nelle versioni IP20 e IP67.

Frankfurt, Germany. October 2012. At “eCarTec 2012”, the Norway-based Eltek Group is presenting the second generation of the PowerCharger series for applications in the e‑mobility sector. This means that chargers are available for operation on the single-phase mains with 3500 Watt output power and over 96% efficiency. Eltek produces this product series also on the basis of the well-known and tried‑and‑tested HE technology (high efficiency technology) and, as such, ensures low energy consumption coupled with short charging times, reduced cooling requirements and greater reliability. Input and output connections are positioned on the front of the die-cast aluminium housing with a degree of protection in accordance with IP6k9k, along with a CAN control interface and cooling connections.

The CAN control interface is available as a standard feature and, by way of an option, the chargers can be equipped with an AUTOSAR compatible interface, which can be programmed in accordance with customer specifications within the scope of industrialisation. Chargers of the Eltek GEN2 series comprise exclusively single components authorised for automotive applications and the complete device is validated according to automotive standards.
Eltek is catering to the dynamic development of e-mobility projects with the use of the GEN2 technology as a platform. This means that it will be possible within the short space of a few months to industrialise project or installation space specific charging systems.

At “eCarTec 2012”, Eltek Deutschland GmbH is presenting its new “PowerCharger”product series.Devices of the PowerCharger family have been developed as on-board chargers for electric vehicles in order to ensure high ranges with minimal charging time and low energy costs.With a 96% plus efficiency, these chargers are unique and still feature galvanic isolation between the input and output for the optimum protection of the battery.

The chargers are available with various output voltages 90/200/360VDC, whereby a further output voltage range can always be set via CAN bus.Devices of the PowerCharger series deliver 3000 Watt on the output side and can be connected in the home to a standard 230V socket.For higher outputs, the devices can be connected in parallel and, for example, also be operated on the 3 phase mains.The chargers are available as IP20 and IP67 versions.
