If you visiting the Nissan Pavilion exhibition space in Yokohama, Japan, electric vehicle drivers can park and pay with electricity from their car’s battery pack.

In this way, Nissan give to the customers another reason to love their electric cars: the ability to pay for parking with electricity.

Visitors can eat at the Nissan Chaya Cafe, operating on power supplied by Nissan LEAF electric cars and solar energy. They can also enjoy virtual experiences that allow them to feel the thrill of Formula E electric street racing or go for a ride in the all-new Nissan Ariya EV crossover.

The Pavilion is a place where customers can see, feel, and be inspired by our near-future vision for society and mobility – said Nissan CEO Makoto Uchida. As the world shifts to electric mobility, EVs will be integrated into society in ways that go beyond just transportation.

The Nissan Pavilion, located near the company’s global headquarters in Yokohama, will be open to the public from Aug. 1 through Oct. 23. To take a virtual tour, visit https://www.thenissannext.com/en/virtual-tour.html.
