The first product to be released in this expanded portfolio is a 750V, 820A IGBT power module, marking the start of a series of powerful new solutions. This high-current module is AQG-324 automotive qualified, and exemplifies Cissoid’s commitment to combining quality and reliability with cutting-edge performance, while offering compatibility with existing systems at a competitive price-point.
