BYD and Inchcape Motors are set to begin selling BYD vehicles in Estonia this year and BYD will strategically introduce the appropriate models to the Estonian market.
Both the BYD Inchcape dealership located at Paldiski Road 108 in Tallinn and the dealership at Kalda Road 13 in Tartu opened on 11 December this year.
BYD has already launched eight new models spanning the C to E segment in Europe including the BYD Tang, BYD Han, BYD Atto 3, BYD Dolphin, BYD Seal, BYD SealL U, BYD Seal U DM-i and BYD Sealion 7. These vehicles encompass hatchbacks, sedans, and SUVs, offering a diverse range of options.
Yannis Rossonis, the head of Inchcape Estonia, believes that BYD’s arrival marks the start of the electric mobility revolution in Estonia.
BYD is a global leader in the development of electric vehicles, having focused exclusively on electric vehicle production from the very beginning – said Yannis Rossonis, who emphasized that BYD’s model range offers suitable options for both plug-in hybrid and fully electric vehicle seekers. He added – BYD models stand out with their elegant and innovative design, excellent performance, rich equipment, competitive pricing, and safety – in addition to outstanding Euro NCAP test results, BYD’s Blade Battery technology-based lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries are safer than conventional lithium-ion batteries.

The presale of the BYD Seal, BYD Seal U, BYD Seal U DM-i and BYD Dolphin started on 11 December, with deliveries starting in early 2025. With eight new energy vehicle models already available in more than 20 European countries, BYD is poised to further expand its reach, delivering high-quality sustainable mobility solutions and contributing to societal sustainability.
