Mike Conway correrà con Faraday Future Dragon Racing al Paris ePrix

Los Angeles, California. USA. 18 aprile 2017. Faraday Future Dragon Racing ha annunciato oggi che Mike Conway si unirà alla squadra a competere al fianco di Jerome D’Ambrosio nel ePrix di Parigi, il sesto round del FIA Formula E Championship 2016/17.

Conway sostituirà il pilota a tempo pieno Loïc Duval nella vettura numero 6 Penske-03EV della Faraday Future Dragon Racing poiché il francese dovrà correre al Lausitzring nel Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) lo stesso fine settimana. Duval riprenderà le sue funzioni di guida in Formula E nel mese di giugno al Berlin ePrix.

Mike Conway è un pilota di vetture a ruote scoperte e di vetture sport, vincitore di diverse gare nell’IndyCar Series, Conway attualmente gareggia con la Toyota Gazoo Racing nel Campionato Mondiale Endurance (WEC) e la Cadillac della squadra Whelen Energy Racing nel Campionato IMSA SportsCar.

Mike Conway Joins Faraday Future Dragon Racing for Paris ePrix

Los Angeles, California. USA. 18 April 2017. Faraday Future Dragon Racing announced today that Mike Conway will join the team and compete alongside Jérôme D’Ambrosio in the Paris ePrix, the sixth round of the 2016/17 FIA Formula E Championship.

Conway will substitute full-time driver Loïc Duval in the number 6 Penske-03EV powered by Faraday Future, as the Frenchman is to compete at the Lausitzring with the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM) the same weekend. Duval will resume his Formula E driving duties in June at the Berlin ePrix.

Mike Conway is a seasoned open-wheel and sportscar racer. A multi-race winner in the IndyCar Series, Conway currently drives with Toyota Gazoo Racing in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the Cadillac-powered Whelen Energy Racing team in the IMSA SportsCar Championship.

The Paris ePrix, which races around the historic Les Invalides complex, will be held on May 20, 2017.
