12 Ottobre 2016. Renault è pronta a prendere parte per la terza volta nell’e-Rallye Monte-Carlo (Ottobre 12-16) per i veicoli a zero emissioni di CO2. La partecipazione include quattro Zoe, tutte equipaggiate con la nuova batteria Z.E. 40 che è ora disponibile per il modello di serie.

La manifestazione si svolgerà da Fontainebleau, vicino a Parigi, a Monaco.

Dopo aver vinto in entrambi gli anni in cui ha partecipato, nel 2014 e nel 2015, la Zoe sarà equipaggiata quest’anno con una batteria in grado di offrire il doppio dell’autonomia. Renault è inoltre lieta di annunciare che l’attrice e modella Adriana Karembeu è parte del suo schieramento di piloti di quest’anno.

Lo spirito pionieristico dell’e-Rallye Monte-Carlo FIA si basa su una combinazione unica di sforzo umano e tecnologie avanzate. Aperto alle auto a zero-emissioni, i veicoli privi di CO2, le 36 vetture in campo inizieranno la gara di quest’anno a Fontainebleau (70 km a sud di Parigi) e viaggieranno per tutta la Francia fino al culmine della manifestazione nel Principato di Monaco.

Ora, dotata di una nuova batteria che ha raddoppiato l’autonomia secondo il ciclo NEDC a 250 miglia, la Renault Zoe – che punta al suo terzo successo nell’e-Rallye Monte-Carlo – si distingue come il compagno ideale del week-end, delle vacanze e per scoprire nuovi orizzonti, anche nel mondo del motorsport. Il raduno di quest’anno sicuramente metterà i veicoli in competizione in un impegnativo banco di prova grazie ad un programma che comprende 220 miglia di percorso competitivo, tra cui un passaggio al famoso Col de Turini.

La Zoe è il numero uno dei veicoli elettrici del mercato europeo con oltre 50.000 immatricolazioni dal suo lancio, e gli equipaggi delle quattro vetture iscritte per l’e-Rallye Monte-Carlo cercheranno di guidarle verso l’alto del podio al traguardo di Monaco della domenica, 16 Ottobre. Uno dei quattro piloti a difende la sua probabilità di vittoria sarà Adriana Karembeu. La modella, attrice e conduttrice televisiva – che ha un forte interesse nel mondo dei motori (Rallye des Gazelles, Rally delle Principesse) e che è anche attiva in una raccolta di fondi per opere di beneficenza come la Croce Rossa francese e Reporters Sans Frontières – contribuirà con il suo carisma e abilità di guida per l’offerta di Renault per la vittoria a titolo definitivo.

12^th October 2016. Renault is poised to take part for the third time in the e-Rallye Monte-Carlo (October 12-16) for zero CO₂ emissions vehicles for the third time. The entry consists of four ZOEs, all equipped with the new Z.E. 40 battery that is now available for the model. The event runs from Fontainebleau, near Paris, to Monaco. After winning in both years it has participated, in 2014 and 2015, the ZOE will this year benefit from twice the driving range to take its crews even further still. Renault is also pleased to announce that the actress and model Adriana Karembeu is part of its driver line-up for this year’s rally.

The pioneering spirit of the FIA-sanctioned e-Rallye Monte-Carlo is founded on a unique combination of human endeavour and advanced technologies. Open to zero-emissions, CO₂-free vehicles, the 36-strong field will start this year’s competition in Fontainebleau (70km south of Paris) and travel across France to the event’s climax in the Principality of Monaco.

Now equipped with a new battery that has doubled the model’s NEDC-cycle driving range to 250 miles, the Renault ZOE – which is targeting its third e-Rallye Monte-Carlo success from three starts – stands out as the ideal companion for weekends away, holidays and discovering new horizons, even in the world of motorsport. This year’s rally is sure to put competing vehicles to a challenging test thanks to a program that incorporates 220 miles of competitive action, including a visit to the famous Col de Turini.

The Zoe is the European market’s number one electric vehicle with more than 50,000 registrations since its launch, and the crews of the four cars entered for the e-Rallye Monte-Carlo will be looking to steer it to the top of the finish podium in Monaco on Sunday, October 16. One of the four drivers defending its chances will be Adriana Karembeu. The model, actress and TV presenter – who has a keen interest in motorsport (Rallye des Gazelles, Rallye des Princesses) and who is also an active fund-raiser for charities like the French Red Cross and Reporters Sans Frontières – will contribute her charisma and driving skills to Renault’s bid for outright victory.
