Giro record della Nio EP9 a Shanghai

La vettura elettrica Nio EP9 ha segnato un giro record per le auto di produzione al Shanghai International Circuit con Oliver Turvey

Shanghai, Cina. 16 Marzo 2017. La Nio EP9 ha stabilito un nuovo record per un veicolo di produzione presso il Circuito Internazionale di Shanghai, ottenendo un tempo sul giro di 2m 01.11s, con il pilota del team NextEV NIO di Formula E Oliver Turvey al volante.

Il record è stato fissato il Mercoledì 15 marzo 2017 presso il circuito cinese di Formula 1, con il nuovo punto di riferimento di 24 secondi più veloce rispetto al precedente stabilito dalla Mercedes SLS AMG.

La EP9, l’auto elettrica più veloce del mondo, è abilitata 3G e offre 1-megawatt di potenza, pari a 1,360PS.

La EP9 accelera da 0 a 200 km/h in 7,1 secondi e raggiunge una velocità massima di 313 km/h.

La EP9 ha precedentemente segnato una serie di record mondiali in altri autodromi di fama mondiale:

• Il veicolo elettrico più veloce presso il Nürburgring Nordschleife (tempo sul giro 07: 05.12)

• Il veicolo elettrico più veloce a Circuito Paul Ricard (tempo sul giro 01: 52,78)

• Il vettura di serie più veloce al Circuit of the Americas (tempo sul giro 02: 11.30)

• Il veicolo autonomo più veloce al Circuit of the Americas (tempo sul giro 02: 40.33)

“E ‘stato fenomenale guidare la NIO EP9 nel Circuito Internazionale di Shanghai. La pista ha una serie di curve veloci dove si arriva a sentire l’enorme quantità di carico aerodinamico generata e poi, con il lungo rettilineo, si arriva a sperimentare la potenza incredibile di 1 megawatt! E’ stato un vero piacere essere in grado di rompere il record sul giro al circuito di Shanghai. Mi sento molto orgoglioso e onorato di essere stato in grado di avere segnato questo record per NIO.”

“Il record sul giro al Circuito Internazionale di Shanghai va a dimostrare ulteriormente le prestazioni del EP9. Si stanno raccogliendo record lungo la strada e mettendo in mostra la tecnologia. Sono contento che Oliver sia stato in grado di ridurre in modo significativo il punto di riferimento sul giro su questo circuito e senza dubbio ci sono più record a venire”.

Shanghai, China. 16 March 2017. The NIO EP9 has set a new record for a production vehicle at the Shanghai International Circuit, achieving a lap time of 2m 01.11s, with NextEV NIO Formula E Team driver Oliver Turvey at the wheel.

The record was set on Wednesday 15 March 2017 at the Chinese Formula 1 circuit, with the new benchmark 24 seconds faster than the previous one set by the Mercedes SLS AMG.

The EP9, the world’s fastest electric car, is 3G enabled and delivers 1-MegaWatt of power, equivalent to 1,360PS. The EP9 accelerates from 0-200kph in 7.1 seconds and has a top speed of 313kph. The EP9 previously set a number of world records at other world-renowned  race tracks:

•    Fastest electric vehicle at the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife (laptime 07:05.12)

•    Fastest electric vehicle at Circuit Paul Ricard (laptime 01:52.78)

•    Fastest production vehicle at Circuit of the Americas (laptime 02:11.30)

•    Fastest autonomous vehicle at Circuit of the Americas (laptime 02:40.33)
