L’auto elettrica più potente al mondo viene al Miami ePrix

Miami, USA. 7 Marzo 2015. Il veicolo elettrico più potente del mondo – 3000 hp – fare una rara apparizione all’eVillage in occasione del Miami e-Prix della Formula E il 14 marzo.

Il lungo siluro da 12 metri appartiene al pluripremiato programma Venturi VBB, raggiunto da Automobiles Venturi, il produttore con sede a Monaco che schiera il Venturi Formula E Team ed il suo partner Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research.

In mostra a tutto il pubblico nella fan zone della Formula E, la VBB-3 si propone di rompere la barriera dei 600 km/h (372 mph) entro il 2015.

Automobili Venturi e la OSU-CAR hanno registrato il record di 487 Km/h (303 mph) nel 2009, un primo record di velocità del mondo FIA con una vettura a celle a combustibile (VBB-2) e nel 2010 il record mondiale di velocità FIA con una vettura completamente elettrica (VBB-2.5), 495 Km/h (307 mph).

Roger Schroer, pilota dell’elettrica più veloce al mondo, al volante dal 2009, sarà anche a Miami.

Insieme al VBB-3, i fan avranno anche la possibilità di godere di una vasta gamma di attività nel eVillage di Miami compresa la Formula E eBikers e la sessione di autografi con i piloti.

Miami, USA. March 7, 2015. The world’s most powerful electric vehicle – 3000hp – will be making a rare appearance at the eVillage for the Formula E Miami ePrix on March 14.

The 12-metre long ‘rocket’ belongs to the award-winning programme Venturi VBB, achieved by Venturi Automobiles, the Monaco-based manufacturer behind the Venturi Formula E Team and its partner Ohio State University Center for Automotive Research.

On display to all ticketholders in Formula E’s fan zone, the VBB-3 aims to break the 600kmh (372mph) barrier by 2015.

Venturi Automobiles and the OSU-CAR achieved 487kmh (303mph) in 2009, a first FIA world speed record with a fuel cell car (VBB-2) and in 2010 a FIA world speed record with a fully-electric car (VBB-2.5), 495kmh (307mph).

Roger Schroer, the world’s fastest electric driver, behind the wheel since 2009, will also be in Miami.

Along with the VBB-3, fans will also be able to enjoy a wide range of activities in the Miami eVillage including the Formula E eBikers and the driver autograph session.
